We recommend that you arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
Please arrive early to ensure that you do not miss the boat. Out of respect for our guests, we attempt to leave on time. Refunds unfortunately cannot be processed for guests who are late and miss the boat. -
Our boat launch site is located at 1 Holomoana Street. A good landmark reference point is the Prince Waikiki Hotel. Our boat slip is located just West (Ewa) of the Waikiki Prince valet area. Look for our large Pink Sails banner. View map and direction on our website.

There are paid parking stalls at the harbor right next to our boat slips. Parking is $1 per hour. There is also non-validated valet parking available at the Waikiki Prince Hotel right next to our location. The Chart House and Red Lobster restaurants also offer parking and are about a 3-minute walk from the dock. During peak times such as weekends and holidays, it can be difficult to find parking. Please allow adequate time or consider taking a taxi or rideshare service. DO NOT PARK IN THE YELLOW SPACES, YOU WILL BE TOWED.

Please be sure to bring sunblock and a hat if you are sensitive to direct sun. If you are participating in one of our snorkel or swim tours, please bring a towel. We also recommend you bring a camera and a credit card for drinks, swag, and tips.

Our tours and adventures are approximately 2 hours long.

Unfortunately, we do not control the weather, and for the comfort and safety of our guests, we sometimes have to cancel tours. You are welcome to reschedule your tour at any time or get a full refund by calling (808) 922-7722

Yes, we do offer a kama’aina rate for Hawai’i residents. Must show proof of Hawai’i Driver’s License or Hawai’i State ID. Please call our reservations department at

Yes, we do offer gift cards for our tours. Our gift card codes are redeemable on our website during the checkout process.

Yes, there is a restroom on all of our boats.

Yes, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. We also provide sodas, juices, water, and light snacks.

We do not allow guests to bring their own alcohol onto our boats. Guests who arrive and are under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to attend our swimming or snorkeling tours.

If you are prone to getting seasick, we recommend you choose a tour on our larger Wahine Koa catamaran which is more stable. You can also purchase non-drowsy Dramamine which helps prevent seasickness. We do not offer these items on our tours so please come prepared.

Our tours that include swimming/snorkeling are recommended for ages 7 and up.
Other than that, we are family-friendly and welcome children of all ages. Children 3 years old and under ride for free -
All of our boats are equipped with life vests for use in case of emergency. For our swimming and snorkeling tours, we provide everyone with a “floatation belt”. This floatation belt will help you float on the surface while you are snorkeling.

Yes, all of our crew are certified in ocean safety and maintain CPR and Lifeguard Certifications.

We only allow service animals with documentation on our tours.
